Alot of BUGS! Empty Alot of BUGS!

1. Cops arrest Suspects when suspects are in car.
2. When join the server we login, after that it says Register , after that it says login again. (im registered already)
3. Anims dont work.
4. The command /hits dosent work instead /hitlist works. (/hitlist is not in /cmds)

I hope these all get fixed soon!
